Domestic Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on All Orders We are thrilled to offer 100% Free Standard Shipping on all orders across India, with no minimum purchase required!

Shipment Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow 3-7 business days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours so you can keep an eye on your new device.

Damages or Lost Packages If your order has not been delivered, but has been marked as delivered by the delivery partner, it must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours in order to initiate a complaint. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. For defective or damaged items upon arrival, please refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy.

International Shipping Policy

Currently, we only ship within India. We do not ship outside of India at this time.
